This is one of the parts of my work I am afraid I cannot show too much. While I was involved I was not the creator and as such I cannot in good conscience show what I have done. I will, however, do my best to describe all I have done. Some names that are important are CEOS Data company, Demos trade company, and Innogy. I am not an expert in any of the fields these companies represent but I have been educated in helping others to find the words they want. Sometimes they would be presenting their words to others and wanted to refine the sound, sometimes they needed help communicating with partners in other countries, and sometimes it was as simple as getting better at using English involved with their surroundings. How can I help you show me who you are. That was my purpose.
At CEOS I got to talk to a man named Mira Tomen and his team. He was involved with marketing and wanted to refine himself. His team was more tech savvy and getting them to open up about the direction of their work was difficult save for one or two. I learned of their business model and marketing strategies in some of our chats. It is a tech company that provides programming skills to a diverse range of places from golf courses to hospitals. Multi marketing strategy and innovative ideas make them successful. If you want a key card and a door lock that reads it then they are the company for you. If you want a heart monitor to function properly then they are your go to. If it involves programming then they are who to see, for a price.
Innogy is a power and electric company. It has a lot of bureaucracy but I got to go to an office in Prague and talk with one of the head secretaries in a large section. Tereza was an interesting woman who needed to get better with prepositions and adding details involved with communications with people in Germany. She also got attacked by a dog and that was an interesting and memorable conversation.
At Demos trade co. I got to talk with a man named Jiři Trojek. This company is involved with turning lumber into furniture that lasts. This is not IKEA. Their office had lumber storage that was constantly being moved to producers and then distribution centers. They have a catalog of products for home furnishing that they sell much of their product from. For Jiři I had to make it possible for him to sell his company. Not sell as in offer it but sell as in get investment and generate interest. They in 2018 sat at the top of their respective market. They were the lead distributors of quality wood materials and products. Jiři was head of his department and brimming with ideas. They were currently undergoing a change in structure when I was there and I got to be part of Jiři growing to be able to give his thoughts in English. The idea pitched and what was going to happen involved a lot of changes to responsibility within their business structure. More responsibility would be placed in local groups instead of decisions being sourced from the top of the bureaucratic chain. They wanted to grow and not stagnate by allowing some desicions from the bottom to influence the top. At the same time there would be a greater sense of company belonging and stock put into the efforts of the collective. A chain of responsibility.
